You serpents, you brood of vipers, how are you to escape being sentenced to hell? Jezus noemt zijn opponenten slangen. In matteus 16:23 (marcus 8:33) en in matteus 4:10 noemt Jezus zijn voornaamste discipel Satan.

2: Philipians 3:2 New International Version

Watch out for those dogs, those evildoers, those mutilators of the flesh. Paulus noemt hun honden. Maar je moest toch je vijanden lief hebben?

3; Galaten 1:8 en galaten 1:9, 1 cornthiers 16:22 vervloekt paul hen ook. Richteren 5:23 engelen vervloeken hen.

4; johannes noemt hen die de zoon verloochent antichriest. 1 johannes 2:22.

5; paulus zegt dat zij zichzelf moeten castreren. Galaten 5:12 HTB

Laten die onruststokers zichzelf maar castreren.

6; 2 timothy 4:14 Alexander the metalworker did me a great deal of harm. The Lord will repay him for what he has done. God gaat hem straffen want hij heeft paulus of zijn boodschap pijn aangedaan.

Hij noemt hen eerst slangen, daarna noemt paulus hun apen. Daarna noemt johannes hen de antichriest. Daarna moeten zij zich castreren.

They displease God and are hostile to all men in their effort to keep us from speaking to the Gentiles so that they may be saved. In this way they always heap up their sins to the limit. The wrath of God has come upon them at last. (1 Thess 2:14-16) Zij zijn vijandig aan iedereen aldus Paulus over de joden. En de straf van God is eindelijk over ze heen gekomen.

Jezus gooit alles overhoop, maar je moet toch liefde hebben voor degene die je vijanden zijn?

Romans 9;13: gelijk geschreven staat: “Jakob heb ik liefgehad, maar Esau heb ik gehaat”. gelijk geschreven staat: “Jakob heb ik liefgehad, maar Esau heb ik gehaat. Hosea 9:15 “Because of all their wickedness in Gilgal. I hated them there.

In Kol 3:16 zegt Paulus “zing met heel uw hart psalmen en hymnen voor God en liederen die de Geest u vol genade ingeeft” en in Ef 5:19 “zing met elkaar psalmen, hymnen en liederen die de Geest u ingeeft. Zing en jubel met heel uw hart voor de Heer. Paulus raadt u aan om het volgende uit uw volle borst en hart te zingen uit de volgende psalmen.

In psalm 139 staat 21Ik moet immers wel de mensen haten die U haten, Here?

Ik heb een diepe afkeer van mensen die tegen U in opstand komen.

22Ik voel een diepe haat tegen hen

en beschouw hen als mijn eigen vijanden.
